Salmon a la Mandarina- Baked salmon filet marinated in herbs, olive oil, gold tequila and topped with onions, butter, bell peppers, Mandarin oranges and baby shrimp.

Filet Mignon Ajillo- Broiled Filet Mignon, topped with mushrooms, garlic, white tequila and Japanese chiles. Served with Rice and Beans.

Calamari Marisco - Sautéed in butter & white wine. Served with crab & shrimp.

Play It Again, Carlos - Charbroiled filet mignon topped with a Dos XX beer and mushroom sauce.

Camarones en Salsa Verde- Delicious medium shrimp (cooked with our very own cooking Tequila and herbs and spices) sautéed with green onions, tomatoes and green tomatillo sauce
